HOW IT WORKS
Online Data Backup is the facility which enables you to transfer data selected for backup, over the internet, to a safe offsite location. This data can then be recovered in the event of it being lost from your computer for any reason.
The data scheduled for backup is encrypted before it leaves your machine and is transferred, stored, and retrieved from the offsite location in that encrypted form which can only be accessed by a password maintained by you.
Once the backup software is installed and configured to your requirements, the Encryption, Backup and Reporting process occurs on an automatic basis. Your confirmation reports are also monitored by Backup My Business.
