Step 1 - Subscribe

  • Choose the most suitable sized data plan for your backup needs. If required, we can survey your system and make recommendations to you.
  • Backup My Business will contact you to arrange a suitable date to install the Backup Software.
  • Sign our Subscription Agreement.

 

 

 

 

 

Step 2 - Install

  • Backup My Business will install the Software to the required computers either by visiting your premises or by accessing your system remotely.
  • We will assist you in deciding which data is vital to for backup selection.
  • We will arrange the first backup run.
  • If you have a large amount of data for initial backup, we will provide you with the use of a portable hard drive in which you can upload your encrypted data, which will then be taken by us directly to our data-centre for upload. This will avoid lengthy internet upload time.

 

Step 3 - Customise

  • We will set the system to back up as often as is required by you.
  • We can change the length of time information is stored on our servers to suit your needs.
  • We will set the backup system to run at a time convenient to you and your business.
  • You can choose a payment plan that best suits your business. I.e. Monthly, Quarterly, Annual billing. See product price plans for details.

 

 

 

Step 4 - Manage

  • You are notified by email each time your backup has been successful.
  • Backup My Business will monitor your daily backup and will liaise with you if any problems occur.
  • We will endeavour to fix any problems with your backup as soon as is possible.
  • We provide full technical support via email, telephone and remote access helpdesk and have an extra onsite service if required.
